The Origin
Cluck Cartel started with one fryer, one recipe, and zero interest in playing it safe. Our founder — tired of bland, forgettable fast food — spent six months obsessing over brine ratios, heat profiles, and the exact flour-to-starch ratio that creates the loudest, most satisfying crunch on earth.
The first pop-up sold out in 40 minutes. The second one had a line around the block. By the time we opened our first brick-and-mortar, the cartel was already real.
We don't use shortcuts, we don't use frozen product, and we don't compromise. Every day we show up, heat the oil, and make something that slaps.
